General Information & Fees
- A 30% deposit and signed contract is required to secure your date
- All taxes are included in the price, and we offer interest-free payment plans!
- We require a $500 refundable damage deposit 30 days prior to your event
- Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event
- Included in rental: Tables, chairs and tablecloths for up to 200 guests (for larger headcounts, please see FAQs), 1 hour rehearsal, use of gardens and indoor facilities from 6am-Midnight. (Event festivities including music and alcohol service must end by 10pm.)

General Information & Fees
- Prices for weekday events start at $400, and are based on the number of guests. Please contact us for a precise quote.
- Weekday events are limited to 8 hours including set up and take down. Event festivities including music and alcohol service must end by 9pm.
- Use of the facilities is limited to the garden and restrooms. Bridal suite is not included, but can be rented for an additional fee of $200.
- Items included are tables and chairs, gazebo, tent and firepit. Tablecloths can be rented through us for $10 each.
