What's included in the price?

Friday, Saturday & Sunday Events are all day rentals that include full day use of the garden and facilities (6AM-Midnight). Event festivities including music and alcohol service must end by 10pm. We will provide all tables, chairs and tablecloths for up to 200 guests, a 40’x60’ tent complete with a white tulle draped interior and three chandeliers, gazebo and fire pit, indoor restrooms, a newly renovated bridal suite, and one hour of rehearsal time. We will handle all set-up and take-down of the items provided, as well as trash disposal. All items provided will be set up by 10AM.

Weekday Rentals include use of the gardens and facilities for up to 8 hours, including time for set up and take down. Event festivities including music and alcohol service must end by 9pm. We will provide set up and take down for all tables and chairs needed to accommodate your guest count, a 40’x60’ tent complete with a white tulle draped interior and three chandeliers, gazebo and fire pit, and indoor restrooms. Bridal suite is not included, but can be rented for an additional fee of $200. Tablecloths can be rented through us for $10 each.

What if my guest count is greater than 200?

We can accommodate up to 500 persons on site! We require an additional nonrefundable $500 deposit, and 1 rented mobile restroom for every 100 additional guests. You are responsible for renting additional chairs and tables to fit your guest count (we will provide business recommendations so they match ours!). Additional tablecloths can be rented through us for $10 each.

Are there any restrictions to the type of vendors we can have?

We welcome all vendors! We have worked with many locals in the area, and always enjoy meeting new businesses. If you have questions about a specific vendor and how to best incorporate them into your event, we’d love to come up with a plan to bring your vision to life! If you’re looking for suggestions, we can provide you with a list of vendors we’ve worked closely with and trust to provide excellent service.

What happens in case of inclement weather?

Unfortunately we have no control of the weather, but we do have side walls for our tent that can be set up on short notice.

What are you responsible for?

Any additional decor, flower arrangements, etc. you want to bring to personalize the space and the set-up and take-down for such items. Please withhold the use of artificial petals, confetti, rice, or other non-biodegradable items.

What’s your reschedule/cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change! We require 120 day notice for any change in date.

We allow one reschedule per event. Any deposits you’ve made will be automatically applied to the new date.

In the event you need to fully cancel your date, with 120 days of notice, we will refund any money paid beyond the original deposit. The original deposit will be held until a new event of equal or greater value is rescheduled for the same date.

If cancellation occurs with fewer than 120 days notice, we will hold all money paid until a new event of equal or greater value is rescheduled for the same date. If we are able to rebook the same date, all money paid will be returned to you. If an event is rebooked at a lesser rate rate for the same day, we will retain the difference in price and refund you the remainder.

Do you allow alcohol?

Yes, we do. You can talk with your caterer about providing bar service, or hire an independently licensed & insured bartender. If you hire an independent bartender, we require their credentials ahead of time and a valid Washington State Banquet Permit. This permit is $10, and can be found here. It requires an open bar for guests and all alcohol must be provided by the applicant.
