General Information & Fees
- A booking deposit and signed contract is required to secure your date
- All taxes are included in the price, and we offer interest-free payment plans!
- We require a $500 refundable damage deposit 14 days prior to your event
- Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event
- Included in rental: Tables, chairs and tablecloths for up to 200 guests (for larger headcounts, please see FAQs), 1 hour rehearsal, use of gardens and indoor facilities from 6am-Midnight. (Event festivities including music and alcohol service must end by 10pm.)
